TERRIBLE customer service .had the worst experience ive ever had at any salon.

the hairdresser MISHA had the biggest attitude with us and refused my sister service because she was a couple minutes late. completely disrespectful and we were glad to leave and not give that *** any of our money and time. she overbooked herself and made it seem like it was our fault. the reception area was horrible .

had guests waiting more than ten minutes to be helped.

pathetic customer service and all the employees acted lost as if they didnt know how to do their job.never come here !

This is the worst place to buy hair extensions, lace wig units or get your hair styled.The hair sheds and tangles.

The lace units are defective. You will be in the salon for more than 5 hours to have your hair washed, blow-dry and styled. I made a deposit on a full lace wig unit with cash and told my unit would arrive in a week. Three weeks later, with not one response from the business after leaving several messages...

I went to the salon and found out my unit was sold and I would have to wait another week... I had an engagement to attend to...so, I settled on another unit. To make a very long and complicated story short... That unit was defective...

they took it back and decided to attempt to make it right, by giving me a half done weave with basically four tracks on my head and to come back later to finish. Then they wanted to charge me for the defective unit that was returned and called my employment to tell them, "SHE STOLE WEAVE". How uneducated, triflin and stereotypical of a business of that sort.

A letter had to be sent to cease harassing calls at my place of employment.The experience was so horrific, I filed a complaint with the BBC (Better Business Bureau)

Business Owners and Customers--this is a primary example of a customer who tried to get something for nothing and twisted the story to make it sound like the business' error.Yes, she did purchase a lace wig and yes the unit was sold, because she did not pick it up.

She was given a replacement and insisted on it being bleached from a dark brown to blond and as a result of lifting the hair 7 levels it was over-processed! Our stylist explained the unit was damaged as a result of this process, but she wanted this special hair to go on vacation to Hawaii to rekindle her marriage. Well yes, she was unhappy and in an attempt to please her we replaced the unit with 8oz of premium Brazilian Hair and provided a FULL WEAVE ($700 value), not a half weave. She left the salon ecstatic...I have pictures!

This individual presented herself as not only a REPEAT customer, but as a friend of our Salon. She discussed marital issues, attended an employee event and accepted an exchange in good faith, and all the while she had reversed her credit card charges for both the hair and services rendered. Her claim with the BBB was dismissed and we have filed a claim in small claims court for Credit Card fraud, because she reported to her Credit Card Company that she did not receive goods or services. As you can see from her statement above, she received both.

I encourage other business' to respond to these reviews, when you know you have provided good products and services and a customer thinks they can bully you with internet reviews.

We stand by our products and Customer Satisfaction is our #1 goal.In today's economy no-one can afford to be robbed especially we small business owners.
